through Federal Express or the United Parcel Service. All shipments
are insured. Please allow one to two business days plus our manufacturing
and processing time. All orders are subject to credit and address
verification, at the time of purchase and before shipping. For your
protection, all FedEx and UPS shipments require a customer signature
upon delivery.
Canadian customers: We do ship to Canada. You may be
charged a duty, please consult with your local customs office for
further details. If a duty is applicable, it will be the purchasers
responsibility to pay it.
Pease Note: If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered,
consider that credit card authorization and address verification

Shipping Policies and Restrictions
• Post Office Box Addresses: Our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to
P.O. Box addresses.
• Signatures: The
signature of the purchaser is required for all shipments regardless of any waivers
you may have with Federal Express.
• Insurance: Your
order will be shipped to you fully insured by Moissanite Fine Jewelry. We urge
customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving
or signing for receipt.
• International Addresses: Due
to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted
to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
• Saturday Delivery: Is
only available on in-stock items, not requiring ring sizing or
personalization.
