General Return Policy
• You must contact our Customer Care Center by phone at 1-888-345-8725 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning an item. You must have an RA # in order to return an item. Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of your package. We will not accept any returns without the RA# written clearly on the outside of your package..
• Returns must be made as outlined below and must be accompanied by the original invoice, your original packing slip, all original packing materials, and your RA# obtained from our Customer Care Center.
• You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or of manufacturing defects.
• Returns must be in the original package and in NEW, unworn, saleable condition.
Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials, documentation, and the original tag still affixed to the item. Any item that has had the tag removed will not be eligible for a refund.
• With our high technology and excellent craftsmanship we have never experienced defects in our workmanship. In the rare and unlikely event there is a defect, we will cover all costs in replacing the ring at our expense. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way

Rings
All of our pristine and exquisite rings are custom made for you using your specifications and will exceed your expectation when you receive it. But in the unlikely and extremely rare event that you are not satisfied we will happily exchange your piece for another one on our site or we will work diligently with you to find exactly what you want from our thousands of designs, labor charges will incure.We take extreme pride in our craftsmanship, quality, and quality control process. The end result is when you see your selection in person you will be delighted. We guarantee that. Rings using a large Moissanite, 3ct. or over, are still exchangeable except there will be a 15% restocking fee charged.

Eternity Bands
Eternity Bands can only be exchanged and a small exchange fee of 15% will be applied to the order. It is best to have your finger professionally sized before ordering to make sure your ring fits perfectly upon arrival. We require that you do not wear the piece and leave the wear label intact when returning the piece within 20 days of the shipment date. Earrings, Pendants And Bracelets
Earrings, Pendants and Bracelets can only be exchanged and a nominal labor fee will be charged to the order. We require that you do not wear the piece and leave the wear label intact when returning the piece within 20 days of the shipment date. Loose Stones
Loose stones are returnable or exchangeable if done within 10 days of shipping date. There are NO restocking fees when returning loose stones. Please contact our friendly customer service department at 1-888-345-8725 to guide you through this simple process. A processing fee of only 5% will be charged.
Moissanite-Overnight Selection
Rings in our Moissanite-Overnight section come in stock sizes. Women’s rings are sized between 6 & 7 and Men’s rings are sized between 9 &10. Each ring can easily be sized at your local fine jeweler for a small fee. All items in the Moissanite-Overnight selection are refundable or exchangeable if done within 14 days of the shipping date. We only ask that the item not be worn. Please contact our friendly Customer service department at 1-888-345-8725 to guide you through this simple process. A processing fee of only 5% will be charged.
