Return Policy:
• Please
contact our Customer Care Center by phone, to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) before returning an item. You must have
an RA# in order to return an item. Please write
the RA# clearly on the outside of your package. We will not accept
any returns without the the RA# written clearly on the outside of
your package, or without an RA#.
• Returns
must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, and must be
accompanied by the original invoice, your original packing
slip, all original packing materials, and your RA# obtained
from our Customer Care Center.
• There
is a 20% restocking fee for all returns or exchanges that are not
due to manufacturer error.
• You are responsible
for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error or of manufacturing defects.
• Returns must
be in the original package and in NEW, unworn, saleable condition.
Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way
cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned
with all of the original packaging materials, documentation, and the original
tag still affixed to the item. Any item that has had the tag removed will
not be eligible for a refund.
• The
following special items may not be returned unless due to manufacturing
defect: ALL designer collection pieces, ladies rings sized outside
of size 6, men's rings sized outside of 9-10, or any other custom sized
rings. These rings are uniquely designed and made to order. They
will not be accepted for return.
• Custom-made Haute Couture rings may be returned only in the
rare case of defective materials or workmanship in which case they
will be repaired and returned to you at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy:
Moissanite Fine Jewelry will gladly exchange all pieces
that are not custom sized. This excludes any pieces from our designer collections,
and anything that has already been worn, or modified outside of Moissanite
Fine Jewelry. If you would like to have aditional stones added to your jewelry,
the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to and
from the manufacturer for this service.
To insure that your ring is a perfect fit, we always recommend
that you have your ring sized locally.
Please note: Moissanite Fine Jewelry will not accept any items that have been
manipulated in any way after recieved by the customer. This includes resizing
and any item that appears to have been worn.
