Checkout
All the items that you have in your shopping
bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to
order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When
you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your
credit card will be charged when you place your order. For your security,
we will also verify your credit card purchase status upon shipment
of the item to you.
If you get to the Shopping Bag page and decide
you are not ready to purchase all of the items in your shopping
bag, you can use the "Save
for later" feature to move the item(s) out of your bag until
your next visit. When you return, the item(s) will be back in your
shopping bag. Your items will be held in your Shopping Bag for up
to one week.
Please note: it is not necessary to use the "Save for Later" feature
to save all of the items in your shopping bag until your next visit.
We will automatically save your shopping bag for 7 days. Use "Save
for Later" only if you want to purchase some items now and some
items later.
On Order Items
Most of the items on Moissanite Fine Jewelry.com are in stock and
available to ship immediately. However, some items are "on
order" which
means we have ordered them from our manufacturers, but they are
not yet available to ship. When an item is on order, we will provide
you with an estimated shipping date. This is the date that we expect
the item to be ready to leave our warehouse and does not include
the time it will take to arrive at your shipping address. See our

Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order
that you've just placed, please call 1.888.345.8725. as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however;
items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned
at the expense of the purchaser. Please see our Return
Policy section for more information
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified
you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
To insure against potential credit card fraud, we require that the
shipping address match the purchasers billing address. We also require
a signature by the purchaser upon receipt of your shipment, regardless
of any agreements you may have with the shipping company. To ensure
that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly
as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S.
Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any
typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept
the recommended changes or correct the address.
Methods of Payment
We are unable to accept
checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
Moissanite Fine Jewelry accepts the

If we are unable to process your credit card, please
check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration
date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your
credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company
if the problem persists.
Tax policy
* Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived
from the ship-to address being used for your order).
* Tax is calculated at the unit-level.
* Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items
in your order.
* If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the
taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you
paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable
once an item has indeed been shipped.
Moissanite Fine Jewelry collects applicable taxes
only for purchases made within the state of South Dakota, and all
other states that are applicable.
We are also required to collect tax on shipping and
handling charges in all states.
Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated
tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable
taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions

If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization, or are
an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact
our Customer Care team at 1.888.345.8725.
To ensure compliance with state and local laws, all
requested forms and information must be received and verified by
our Customer Care team before a purchase can be placed without tax.
