Checking Order Status
If you have placed an order with Moissanite Fine
Jewelry.com, you can check the current status of your order by clicking
on the order status link provided on your order confirmation email, or
at the top of your personal account page once you log in to the site.
Tracking Packages
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will
include a tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service)
or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the
shipment notification email.
You will be able to track your purchase by accessing the website
of the courier who will be delivering your order, and inputting the
Tracking Number that will be provided in your
confirmation email.
